Where do my tickets go after I pay?
Each pass gets its own ticket code. Open My tickets and show the code at the door. You can check out as a guest; sign in later with the same email and your orders appear there.
Can I get a refund?
Refund terms are set by the event promoter. Message the event team before you buy if you are unsure, and keep your order email for reference.
What does the service fee cover?
The small percentage shown in your cart funds the platform: secure payment handling, ticket delivery and live scoring for the event. It is shown before you pay and never added later.
How does the competition scoring work?
Judges mark on DancerPulse tablets, results are calculated by the scoring engine (Relative Placement for West Coast Swing, the Skating System for ballroom divisions) and publish to the live page and to dancer profiles at once.
Is there a limit on how many passes I can buy?
Up to 10 of each pass type and 20 tickets in one order. For a bigger group, place a second order or message the event team.
